Shôn is responsible for the artistic planning of the organisation,
as well as directing, writing and occasionally performing in our productions.

Stefanie is also responsible for artistic planning and leading our education
work, in addition to designing and performing in our productions.

Louise is responsible for the strategic and business planning of the organisation
including budgeting, fundraising and international development along with
producing shows and other projects.
