Floating was first performed at the Old Museum Arts Centre, Belfast on 12 September 2005.
In August 2006, Floating was performed at the Pleasance Courtyard as part of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe where it won a Total Theatre Award and received a nomination for Best Actor at the Stage Awards.
